We are currently considering several attractive options of complete (or almost complete) buildings (or floors of buildings) to buy in Brownstone Brooklyn (mostly in the Park Slope/Windsor Terrace/Prospect Heights areas). Each features substantial indoor common space, outdoor space, and parking for sale/rent.

Members of our group will buy completed units directly from the seller with individual bank mortgage financing. Move-in timeline is anticipated to be 4-10 months (rolling closings).

Because of the confidential nature of negotiations, we are unable to tell the public about which buildings we are considering until after it will be too late to join us.

So if you are at all interested joining us, the best thing to do is to become an associate ($100 fee and sign confidentiality agreement) which gives you access to all of our information and an opportunity to participate in the process. Without the Associate Agreement, regrettably we cannot provide more specific unit/cost/location/floorplan info than appears on this page. Within the group all information is shared, and we want you to know that we wish we could make public the information as well, but our hands are tied. We can tell you that we anticipate units of various sizes (studio to 3BR) will be available at the projects we are negotiating for, at least for the next few weeks. And that we expect to pay market prices (but receive greater than market value for the money, since we will have extensive common spaces in addition to our private units). Members of our group can walk through the buildings and units on group tours.
